Information we collect
When you contact us or choose to enroll in the SMS program, we may handle your name, mobile number, the real-estate inquiry or appointment information you provide, message content, your consent and opt-out choices, and message timestamps and delivery information.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to the inquiry you made, coordinate appointments you requested, provide messaging assistance, maintain your communication preferences, honor opt-out requests, and protect and operate the service. The program is limited to inquiry responses and appointment coordination; it is not used for promotional property updates or bulk marketing.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
To operate LIR-CRM and deliver messages, information may be processed by Twilio for SMS transmission, Hostinger for CRM hosting, and mobile carriers for message delivery. Authorized service providers may also process information for security and technical operations. They process information to provide services to LIR, not to market their own unrelated products to you.
Retention and deletion requests
Retention depends on the type of record and the systems involved. SMS and delivery records may remain in LIR-CRM, messaging-provider systems, operational logs, or backups after they are no longer available in an ordinary screen. Provider backup copies may remain beyond deletion from an active system. We do not promise immediate deletion or a fixed completion period through this notice.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of SMS-related information by contacting va@lifetimeinvestmentrealty.com. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited records where needed to honor an opt-out, document consent, protect the service, or meet applicable obligations.
Opting out is separate from deletion
Reply STOP to an LIR text to ask us to stop sending program messages. That messaging opt-out is separate from a request to delete information. We may retain a limited suppression record so that we can continue to honor your opt-out.
Keeping information safe
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or sensitive identity or transaction documents by text. Contact us to arrange an appropriate way to exchange sensitive information.
